Offer reserved for individual customers. Discount applied to the public rate in force on the day of booking and on a selection of campsites and according to period. This offer is not retroactive and cannot be combined with other discounts. (3) Stay can be changed once free of charge (then subject to a charge) up to 14 days before the date of stay. Any price difference will be applied to the new price of the stay. No refund of the price difference will be made if the price of the modified holiday is lower. (4) Cancellation and/or modification free of charge up to the start date of the holiday in the event of a travel ban issued by the government authorities formally prohibiting travel in the area where the campsite is located, or in the event of a general confinement of populations ordered by the government authorities, prohibiting the Customer from travelling to the place of the holiday on the dates booked, or in the event of the administrative closure of one or more campsites ordered by the State. It should be noted that individual confinement, even if compulsory, in the event of the Customer suffering from an illness are not considered to be a cause for cancellation or modification of the holiday without charge. It is therefore advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
